Recognizing that our healing journey intertwines with our social connections, I also emphasize relational aspects in therapy. This involves exploring our therapeutic relationship and how you navigate your relationships beyond our sessions. Additionally, I incorporate elements from various modalities such as CBT and mindfulness.
